By accessing or using the LocalClaw website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Waitlist & Pre-Orders
Joining the LocalClaw waitlist is not a purchase and does not guarantee product availability or a specific delivery date. Submitting your information means you wish to be notified when LocalClaw becomes available for purchase.
The launch price of $199 is reserved for waitlist members of the first production run. Pricing is subject to change for subsequent production runs or retail availability.
No payment is collected through this Site at this time. Any future purchase will be subject to a separate purchase agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of LocalClaw and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all information provided on it are offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any products described on it. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for a LocalClaw product, if any.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of "the State of California, USA", without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
